Bikram Jaswal is the Founder, President and CEO of Alaris Aerospace Systems LLC, bringing more than 25 years of experience across the global aviation industry, including aircraft components, MRO, technical services, logistics, and aircraft and engine leasing. He founded Alaris in 2009 and has since built and acquired businesses across the aviation ecosystem. These include 630 Aerospace, founded in 2016 as an FAA- and EASA-certified component repair and overhaul business; Full Stop Technics, established in 2017 and focused on wheel and brake maintenance and refurbishment; Jet AirWerks, founded in 2018 and specializing in aircraft engine component repair and overhaul; Sciens Logistics, a 5PL provider of global transportation and time-critical AOG logistics; and Celerity Aero Capital, established in 2022 as Alaris's asset management and aircraft leasing platform. Before Alaris, Bikram co-founded Atlantic Jet Support and held engineering and sales roles with Jet Airways and PartsBase. He holds an MBA in Aviation and Airline Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering from the Aeronautical Society of India, and an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering diploma from the School of Aviation Science and Technology. He also holds CAO Type II licensing and Boeing 737/CFM56 maintenance training. He directs Alaris's operational and technical activities, ensuring disciplined execution, rigorous compliance and consistently high service quality across the company's global operations. Ravinder holds Aircraft Maintenance Engineer licenses from FAA, EASA/CAA, Transport Canada and India's DGCA, giving him deep expertise in airworthiness and technical compliance across major aviation jurisdictions. His qualifications include an M.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering and Management from Singhania University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis, Certified Quality Auditor from American Society of Quality, and Dual Diploma from IATA in Airline Quality Management and Safety Management Systems. He is also an IOSA maintenance auditor for IATA and an IS-BAO maintenance/SMS auditor for IBAC. Ravinder's technical knowledge and regulatory experience strengthen Alaris's commitment to operational integrity, safety and dependable service worldwide.

Pradeep Hathiramani is the Chief Investment Officer of Alaris Aerospace Systems, bringing more than 25 years of experience across aircraft leasing, aviation finance, asset-based lending, private credit and structured finance. At Alaris, he leads capital formation, investor relations, and aircraft acquisitions, while also heading Celerity Aero Capital in Ireland. Previously, Pradeep was Chief Investment Officer of a $750 million aircraft loan fund at Stellwagen Capital and Chief Risk Officer of Seraph Aviation, overseeing a $4 billion aircraft portfolio. He co-founded First Star Aviation, a mid-life aircraft leasing platform for Fifth Street Finance Corp. In the alternative investment space, he traded EETCs, aircraft ABS and mezzanine debt at KKR Asset Management as the sector head of all transportation verticals. His airline experience includes Flightlease Gmbh, a leasing JV between Swissair and lessor GATX Air in Zurich, and executive advisory roles at Akasa Air and Fly91 in India for the sale leaseback and PDP financings on narrow bodies and regional aircraft. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Vassar College.

Randy Elvrom is the Chief Commercial Officer of Alaris Aerospace Systems, bringing more than 35 years of aviation industry experience across aircraft components, MRO, production, quality and commercial operations. Randy began his aviation career with Boeing in 1989 as a structures technician and subsequently worked with multiple FAA Part 145 repair stations in production and quality, including All Flight, where he was Accountable Manager. Prior to joining Alaris, he was President and Accountable Manager of a leading FAA Part 145 composite repair facility in Seattle, where he grew the business from $3 million to $15 million in revenue over eight years. At Alaris, Randy leads commercial activities and customer relationships across the global aviation aftermarket. He holds a BA from Cornish College of the Arts and a Repairman Certificate.

Carlos Febles Jr. joined Alaris Aerospace Systems in January 2009 as the company's first employee, opening its first sales office and helping lay the foundation for what Alaris has become today. As Director of Sales, he leads the company's efforts to connect airlines and MRO providers worldwide with high-quality Boeing and Airbus aftermarket parts through flexible purchase, exchange, and lease programs. Prior to joining Alaris, Carlos spent seven years as a Sales Manager at PartsBase.com, where he built a strong foundation in the aviation aftermarket industry. Over the course of his career, Carlos has managed and trained dozens of sales professionals, many of whom have gone on to build successful careers of their own, and he remains committed to driving Alaris's continued growth through strong customer relationships and team development.

Ian Coke is the Director of Operations at Alaris Aerospace Systems, bringing more than 17 years of experience across warehouse management, material management, quality and aviation aftermarket operations. He joined Alaris in 2010 and has held responsibility for warehouse and quality operations, supporting aircraft parts handling, inventory management, material control and distribution. Ian is trained in export compliance and ASA-100 quality systems and is certified to handle hazardous materials shipments. Prior to and during his tenure in aviation operations, he developed expertise in supply chain and operational processes supporting the distribution of aircraft components to airlines and MRO customers worldwide. Ian holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics and Special Effects from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate from Florida Atlantic University.

Jovan Aldana is the Controller of Alaris Aerospace Systems, bringing more than 25 years of experience across financial management, accounting, corporate operations and executive leadership. She joined Alaris more than 17 years ago and oversees financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, banking relationships, audits and internal controls. Jovan has played a key role in managing the company's financial operations as Alaris has expanded its domestic and international activities, including complex, multi-entity financial reporting and cash management. Prior to Alaris, she spent 10 years as Director of Finance at a nationwide privately held transportation company, overseeing accounting operations, financial planning, reporting and business administration. Jovan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with an emphasis in Business Management from University of Phoenix and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Florida International University.

Jatin Rajpal is the Executive Director – India at Alaris Aerospace Systems, bringing 18 years of experience across the aerospace and MRO industry, with expertise spanning business development, sales, supply chain management, customer relationships and operations. He joined Alaris in 2014 as Sales Manager and progressed to Executive Director – India in 2022, having played a key role in establishing and developing the company's operations in India. Prior to Alaris, Jatin was Purchasing Manager at Vantage Avionics and Customer Service Representative at Global Airtech, gaining experience across aviation procurement, customer service and supply chain management. At Alaris, he leads the company's India operations and supports its growth across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, working closely with airlines and MROs and supporting critical AOG requirements. He is also a Director of Alaris Aerospace Systems India Private Limited. Jatin holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and an MBA from Indira Gandhi National Open University.

Enrique Basanta is an accomplished aerospace sales executive with extensive experience in the global aviation aftermarket. As part of the leadership team at Alaris Aerospace, he develops strategic partnerships with airlines, MROs, leasing companies, and government operators worldwide. Recognized for his customer-focused approach and ability to build long-term relationships, he is committed to helping customers improve fleet reliability, reduce operating costs, and maximize the value of their aviation assets through innovative aftermarket solutions.

Nick is a Talent Acquisition professional who brings both an analytical lens and a personal touch to recruitment and team management. He's experienced developing individuals and teams, building cross-functional relationships, managing data, and streamlining processes. Nick strives to balance the goals and aspirations of the individuals on his team with those of the company, fostering a partnership approach built around practical strategies, amplifying strengths, and collaboration for continued improvement.

Kapil Gupta is the Vice President – Capital Formation and Investor Relations at Alaris Aerospace Systems, with close to a decade of experience across investment advisory, alternative investments, capital markets and strategic finance. At Alaris, he supports fundraising, investor relations, strategic initiatives and transaction execution, working with institutional investors, family offices, private equity firms and other capital partners. He also supports Celerity Aero Capital, Alaris's asset management and aircraft leasing arm. Previously, at TresVista, he worked on client engagements for leading private equity firms, family offices and asset managers, including BlackRock Infrastructure Solutions, Dubin Clark and New State Capital Partners, across primary and secondary investments and alternative assets. He later worked with Preferred Square Analytics, supporting strategic and investment advisory engagements. He holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde Business School and a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology.

Luciana Colon is the Director of Human Resources at Alaris Aerospace Systems, where she leads the company's HR function and partners with leadership to support organizational growth, employee development, and workplace culture. Since joining Alaris in April 2025 as Human Resources Manager, Luciana has advanced to Director of Human Resources, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, performance management, compliance, training, and employeeengagement. With more than eight years of Human Resources experience and a background in recruiting, operations, management, and business administration, Luciana brings a practical, business-focused approach to HR.
